August/Leo Influences

We are experiencing now the energies and influences of Leo. Leo is governed by the Sun and where ever the Sun is sitting, it is offering substance, life, light and love. Geographically, Leo rules France and Italy.
As with all signs, there is a dual nature (yin and yang, positive and negative) attributes. It becomes choice in how you use an energy of a sign.
The general rule for Divine Astrology is the month you're born in and for Leo, we are talking about those born in August and their Leo energy. |

Leo tends to enjoy the limelight, nothing wrong with this at all. They were born to shine, but yet share the spotlight. They are to have some fame or notoriety to their names. They are here to promote light.
Since the Sun governs this sign, you can see symbolically, how one can enjoy the warmth of the Sun, then you can go to the hottest desert on the planet and you are lucky if a cactus survives in that heat.
So, heat and warmth in moderation is key. Find balance in this Leo energy. Use it to the greatest good of all, and yes, that includes yourself. |

Lion's Gate Portal

Every year on August 8th, Astrologers talk about this event called “Lion's Gate” portal.
Like with other planetary line ups, there is a window of time these happen. It began on July 26th, and goes to August 12th, 2024. This portal is powerful to manifesting and where downloads can occur to further guide you on your path and calling.
This is a portal due to an alignment between the Earth and the star Sirius. When Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s belt directly aligns with the Pyramid in Giza (portal) and has a direct effect on us here via Mind, Body and Spirit. |

Some may get insights, downloads or powerful dreams. Others may not even realize these energies are happening and over time, may notice subtle changes about them.
Lions Gate Suggestion: Since Mercury will also be retrograde starting August 5th, this can help with the downloads, epiphanies and insights. Journal your dreams and what you want to manifest.

Pluto Retrograde

Last month I wrote the following:
“Between July 15th and July 21st we have some influences that may give rise to harsh words with Mars (warrior, aggressive) in the sign of Gemini (communication, expressions) and intensity on July 21st with Full Moon in Capricorn (Government, Regimes, County, City officials).”
As we know, much has occurred with this energy. The United States president will not run for another term. Around this time also, we had a former president almost assassinated. |

With Mars, Full Moon Capricorn and then Pluto began its retrograde phase, this became a potent combination. We still have a ways to go and be mindful that again, Pluto is about endings and beginnings, transmuting, transformation and rebirthing.
The last time Pluto was in Capricorn, which was mentioned in my books was during the revolutionary war for the United States of America.
Some things need to change or course correct as it pertains to government, regimes, public government officials, including presidents with Pluto in Capricorn. This is its final sweep and hurrah. This will go to the end of the year and then Pluto will fully move into Aquarius until 2044.
Suggestion: Stay grounded, present and focused on what inspires you and what goals you want to attain. |
