Laws of Planets in Retrograde

This law is no different really than the mercury in retrograde. One must understand the energies that each of these planets emit or produce, then determine in what department of your natal chart is it affecting.

If your 3rd house of thinking for example, is governed by Neptune, then when this planet goes retrograde, your thinking may be hindered. Some people classify it as wishy-washy.
