Saturn is considered the strict teacher. It is restrictive, disciplined and rigid. It is also precise and calls for precision in every way. It is also known as the “frozen” principle. Saturn has the energies of a Karmic planet. Saturn is also the fear principle. It wants to know what you have done since the last time it resided in a particular area of your house or department of your Birth Chart. Is it time for a Karmic reward or time to pay a Karmic debt? Saturn takes about 29 years before it will return to that same house or department of your life. This is called a Saturn return.
